Nivoryx Service Partner (NSP)

Build a recurring IoT and Edge AI water business

We appoint one exclusive Service Partner per territory to run a Nivoryx Store, sell DASS subscriptions, install our IoT devices with Edge AI, and support customers locally — with transparent earnings on every install and every active subscription. An NSP can grow across multiple exclusive territories.

Why the NSP program exists

IoT installs and Edge AI–powered support need same-day, local-language capacity city by city. Central teams cannot scale that — NSPs are the local face of Nivoryx.

  • Run a branded Nivoryx Store with live demos of our IoT water devices and walk-in sales.
  • Sell DASS subscriptions in your territories — customers always pay Nivoryx directly.
  • Install and sign off every job to the Nivoryx Installer SOP with certified installers.
  • Own L1 customer support with published SLAs (72h / 48h / 24h by tier).

How you earn

Two streams: installation fees (100% pass-through) and tiered monthly subscription share that compounds as your active base grows.

Installation fee — 100% yours

You receive 100% of the ex-GST installation fee — the full fee net of the 18% GST Nivoryx collects and remits — for every install closed with photos and customer sign-off, less TDS. Reinstall and documented abort fees apply separately.

Monthly subscription share — recurring

One rate ladder for every customer you service — whether you sold them or they bought online in your territories. Online customers still earn you the full install fee.

Cumulative over the full ramp (illustrative)

Illustration only — not a guarantee, offer, or income projection. Every figure is before tax: TDS is deducted at payout and income tax applies on top. Income basis — assumes a configuration mix of 10% 1-device, 55% 2-device and 35% 3-device jobs, reflecting auto-fill as the primary product; that works out to ~2.3 devices per customer. Install fees and subscription share are both paid to you ex-GST (the customer pays GST on top and it is not passed to you). Your actual configuration mix will differ, and every figure here moves with it. Install fees are currently waived in the Delhi NCR launch territories. Tier path — tiers are graded quarterly on the active base at quarter-end, apply from the next quarter, and require tenure at the previous tier; this illustration assumes every quality, retention, technician-count and audit gate is met at the earliest possible grading, which is a best case. Device thresholds are proposed. Growth — assumes linear net adds from month one and no churn; real ramps start slower and churn shrinks the active base, which lowers both income and tier. Opex is an example partner cost ramp (shop, technicians, travel, insurance) sized to whichever is larger — servicing the base or the install run-rate; your real costs will differ.

Plan your own path

Put in what you expect to sell in your territory and see the growth path that follows — team, earnings, running costs, and how long your goal takes. Nothing here is fixed: change the numbers and everything recalculates. A dense city area and a quieter rural one are different businesses, and both can work.

  1. Month 1 — NSP sells, markets, demos and installs — demo tent and initial kit, no store, no payroll
  2. Month 22 — Selling was the constraint (25/mo sold vs 29/mo install capacity) and the quarter's earnings covered the salary
  3. Month 23 — Demand reached 50 installs/mo — past the 29/mo at which an installer covers their own salary

  7. Month 36 — Income after costs held above ₹50,000/mo for a quarter
  8. Month 40 — A store is open and the field team reached 5 people — an admin/manager is needed to run the office, and the quarter's earnings covered the salary
  9. Month 43 — Selling was the constraint (100/mo sold vs 176/mo install capacity) and the quarter's earnings covered the salary

  14. Month 56 — Demand reached 200 installs/mo — beyond what 2 installer(s) can deliver

Illustration built from the numbers you entered — not a guarantee, offer, or income projection, and every figure is before tax. How it works: you sell and install yourself at the start, from the demo tent and initial kit, with no salary and no lease. An installer engineer is added only once demand passes the point where the install fees they generate cover their own salary — roughly 29 jobs a month. A sales colleague is added only when selling is what is holding you back and the past quarter's earnings already cover the salary. An admin / manager is added only once a store is open or the field team is too large to run from the tent, and only when the past quarter already covers that salary. A store is taken only after income after costs has held above the trigger for a full quarter. You are never obliged to follow this — it is one way to grow, and your own market sets the pace. Assumes an installation takes 1.5–2 hours, a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-device jobs averaging 2.25 devices per customer, install fees and subscription share both paid to you ex-GST, and no customer churn. Real churn shrinks your active base and pushes both the tier ladder and your goal further out.

Online customers in your area

When someone in one of your territories buys from Nivoryx online, we assign them to you for installation and support. You earn the full install fee plus the same subscription share as customers you sold — every Nivoryx customer in your pincodes adds to your income.

What you provide

  • A workspace to start — demo tent and initial kit are enough; a retail/service shop comes later when demand pays for it
  • You can start alone as a solo NSP — we train and certify you; hire additional installers only when demand covers their salary
  • Basic tools, local transport, and working capital for your setup
  • Public liability and workmen's compensation insurance (we guide you)

What Nivoryx provides

  • All IoT devices and demo kit on bailment — you never buy stock
  • IoT cloud platform, Edge AI insights, mobile app, partner portal, and customer billing (Razorpay checkout)
  • Installer training, certification, branding, and approved marketing materials
  • L2 support for firmware, cloud, Edge AI, and billing escalations

What we expect

  • First response to customer issues within 24 hours
  • On-site resolution within the plan SLA (72h Essentials / 48h Comfort / 24h Premium)
  • Every install to the Nivoryx Installer SOP with photos and sign-off — no sign-off, no install fee
  • Published pricing and honest claims only — quality is measured quarterly on the scorecard

Frequently asked questions

IoT & Edge AI product, territory exclusivity, installers, earnings, onboarding, and exit — the questions applicants ask most.

What does Nivoryx build — and what would I sell?

Nivoryx is an IoT and Edge AI water platform. Customers subscribe to DASS (smart tank filling, level monitoring, and motor protection) on a monthly plan — no large upfront hardware purchase. As an NSP you sell those subscriptions, install the IoT devices, and provide local L1 support while Edge AI and the cloud power the customer experience.

Is this an MLM or a franchise?

Neither. There is no recruitment income, no downline, and no joining fee — you earn only from customers installed and served in your territories. There is also no franchise fee or royalty you pay Nivoryx. Legally it is a service-partner agreement: you run your own business, Nivoryx pays you (install fees + revenue share), and brand usage is licensed per store standards.

Can more than one NSP operate in the same pincode?

No. A territory is an exclusive set of pincode prefixes, and there is exactly one active NSP per territory. That exclusivity is the core of the deal — it does not limit how many exclusive territories a single NSP may hold.

Can one NSP hold multiple pincodes?

Yes — by design. A single territory is defined as a set of pincode prefixes (for example 122, 123, 124), so one territory normally spans several pincodes. That is different from holding multiple territories: many pincodes can sit inside one exclusive territory, and a strong NSP can also be granted additional exclusive territories.

Can one NSP hold multiple territories?

Yes. An NSP organization can hold many exclusive territories — each territory still has only one active NSP. You typically activate with one territory first; Ops grants additional territories as you scale (including right of first refusal when adjacent zones split). Multi-zone operation is an Elite-tier expectation; every grant is recorded in the territory register.

What is an NSP versus an installer?

The NSP is the partner organization — the legal entity that holds exclusive territories, runs the Nivoryx Store, and earns install fees plus subscription share. Installers are certified field technicians under that NSP. One NSP can have many installers; partner admins invite them in the portal and assign territory coverage. Installers work jobs and tickets; they do not hold the territory agreement themselves.

Can I hire my own installers?

Yes. Your partner admin invites installers in the partner portal; each person must pass Nivoryx certification before they can be assigned installs. Certification is per person, so every team member goes through training. Only certified installers can be assigned field work.

What do I earn?

Two streams, both paid to you ex-GST and less TDS: (1) installation fees — you receive 100% of the ex-GST fee, about ₹423 / ₹677 / ₹847 on the ₹499 / ₹799 / ₹999 incl-GST customer prices for 1/2/3-device configs; (2) monthly revenue share on the ex-GST subscription amount of active customers in your territories at 10/15/20/25/30% (Certified→Elite). The same rate applies whether you sold the customer or Nivoryx assigned them from an online sale.

When and how am I paid?

Calendar-month cycle: itemized statement by the 7th, NEFT within 15 days of month-end. TDS is deducted. Raise payout disputes in writing within 30 days of the statement — only the disputed line is held, not the whole payout.

How are customers assigned to me?

By installation-address pincode, resolved against the territory register — never by who made the sale. Self-sourced customers (you sold them) and company-assigned customers (bought online in your territory) both earn you the full install fee and the same tier rev-share. Attribution is fixed at install time.

What's the upfront investment?

No franchise fee. A refundable demo-kit deposit of ₹20,000, plus your store lease and fit-out (partner capex, branded to Nivoryx standards). Nivoryx bears hardware, cloud, payment processing, marketing collateral, training, and L2 support.

Do I ever handle customer money?

No. All customer payments — subscriptions and install fees — flow through Nivoryx checkout (Razorpay). Install fees are passed through to you on the monthly statement. Collecting cash from a customer is a hard breach.

How long does enrollment take?

Target ≤4 weeks from application to activation: apply → screening → KYC → interview and territory fit → training and certification → agreement → demo-kit issuance → activation. Then a 90-day probation at the Certified tier.

What if I want to exit — or Nivoryx terminates?

The agreement is 12-month auto-renew with 30 days' notice either way. Offboarding: access revoked, open work reassigned (30-day handover), demo kit returned and deposit settled net of damage, branding removed (15 days), then final statement and payout. Customers, payments, and data stay with Nivoryx.

Can I lose a territory?

Yes, in three ways: (1) anti-squatting — after a ramp period you must add enough net-new self-sourced activations each quarter or Nivoryx may shrink or reassign the territory; (2) quality — sustained low scorecard scores trigger retraining, downgrade, and possible termination; (3) hard breach — mis-selling, cash collection, or unauthorized data export escalate immediately.
